Shipping policy

We do NOT accept returns on products once they have been shipped.

If you received your order, but it arrived damaged, please submit a damage claim immediately. Please make sure to include a picture of the box and damaged items.   

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Divina Market.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS and will be calculated by package distance. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground, with the exception of non-mainland locations (Hawaii, Alaska etc.).

Orders generally leave our facility in New York within a few business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your UPS tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us.
